Position 1: Customer Service Officer (Maker)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) will be responsible for front-office customer service support at the branch level. S/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, and respond to customer inquiries, and all customer requests.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent fields.
  • No experience required but not more than 25 years of age for external applicants.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
  • Creativity and innovation skills.
  • Quality focus and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration or equivalent fields.
  • Minimum of six (6) years banking experience.
  • Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
  • Good knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines.
  • Project management skills.
