Position 1: Graduate Trainee (IFB)
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other banking-related fields.
- Only graduates from 2022 up to 2023 are eligible.
- Age below 25.
- CGPA of 2.5 and above.
- No prior work experience required.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles related to Interest-Free Banking Operations is mandatory.
Position 2: Property Assessor-II
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Position 3: Credit Analyst-I
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
Position 4: Customer Relationship Manager-I
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, with three (3) years of experience.
Position 5: Sr. Customer Relationship Manager
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, with four (4) years of experience.
Position 6: Sr. Credit Analyst
- Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Position 7: Principal Customer Relationship Manager
- Qualification & Experience:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience.
Position 8: Principal Credit Analyst
- Qualification & Experience:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience.
Position 9: ሞተረኛ ተላላኪ
- Qualification & Experience:
- 10th-grade complete, 1st-grade driving license, and two years of experience.
