Position 1: Graduate Trainee (IFB)

• Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Only graduates from 2022 up to 2023 are eligible.
• Age below 25.
• CGPA of 2.5 and above.
• No prior work experience required.
• Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operation is mandatory.
• Responsibilities: Support the Bank’s effective customer service delivery and ensure maximum efficiency.
• Place of Work: Branches in Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Property Assessor-II

• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Responsibilities: Ensure accurate property valuation for collateral and foreclosure decisions.
• Place of Work: Northern Regional Office & Mekelle District Office.

Position 3: Credit Analyst-I

• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Responsibilities: Enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio through accurate credit analysis.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 4: Customer Relationship Manager-I

• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Three (3) years of experience.
• Responsibilities: Maintain strong customer relationships, increase the loan portfolio, and ensure quality service delivery.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 5: Sr. Customer Relationship Manager

• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Four (4) years of experience.
• Responsibilities: Similar to Customer Relationship Manager-I with more experience.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 6: Sr. Credit Analyst

• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• Four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Responsibilities: Enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio through accurate credit analysis.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 7: Principal Customer Relationship Manager

• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• 6/8 years of experience.
• Responsibilities: Similar to Customer Relationship Manager-I with more extensive experience.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 8: Principal Credit Analyst

• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
• 6/8 years of experience.
• Responsibilities: Enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio through accurate credit analysis.
• Place of Work: Shire District Office.

Position 9: ሞተረኛ ተላላኪ

• Qualification & Experience: 10th-grade complete, and proficiency in office administration for 2 years.
• Responsibilities: Support administrative tasks and transitions from local offices to central locations.
• Place of Work: መቀሌ እና ሽሬ ቀጠና ጽ/ቤቶች.
