Academic and Professional Qualifications:

The Recruit Professional in the Contact Centre role is accountable for providing support by handling customer calls and addressing queries via phone or social media platforms. Additionally, the role involves prioritising customer concerns for resolution or escalation to Senior Contact centre Agents, thereby ensuring the maintenance of superior customer service adhering to established service standards.

Position 2: Software Development Engineers

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Banking business knowledge is an advantageous addition.

Experience:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated success in software engineering for at least six (6) years, progressively handling responsibilities in analysis, design, implementation, and deployment tasks.

The Software Development Engineers are tasked with designing, architecting, and developing in-house software solutions, along with furnishing substantial system support. These engineers must adeptly interpret and articulate business requirements while showcasing their ability to provide effective business solutions.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer, Cash I

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fields like Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalents.

Experience:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of banking experience.

The Senior Customer Service Officer in the Cash/Accounts domain assumes the responsibility of rendering front-office customer service support at the branch. The role involves managing account transactions, addressing customer inquiries, processing both cash and non-cash transactions, and fulfilling all customer requirements at the branch.
