Ethiopian Sky Technologies New Job Vacancy

Ethiopian Sky Technologies is a Joint Venture (JV) company between Ethiopian Airlines and Geven-SkyTecno of Italy. The primary manufacturing facility of this company, engaged in the production of insulation blankets, is located at Bole Airport in Addis Ababa.

This partnership was formed as part of a Boeing agreement known as BSCA (Boeing Supplier Capability Assessment), which involves The Boeing Company, Geven-Skytecno, and Ethiopian Airlines. The aim of this venture is to manufacture state-of-the-art insulation blankets specifically designed for Boeing 737 MAX airplanes.

The newly established joint venture, Ethiopian Sky Technologies, is headquartered in Addis Ababa with its primary manufacturing operation based at Bole Airport. Ethiopian Airlines holds a majority stake of 51%, while SkyTecno holds a 49% stake in the company. As per their commitment, both parties are jointly producing these products in Italy and Ethiopia, acting as suppliers to The Boeing Company.

Position: Warehouse & Inventory Controller

To apply for the position of Warehouse & Inventory Controller at Ethiopian Sky Technologies, the minimum qualifications required are:

BA Degree in Procurement/Logistics/Supply Chain Management with 1-year experience
Finalization of 10+2 or 10+3 in Purchasing/Material Management with 3 years’ experience in Material Control or Inventory Control

Additionally, applicants should possess good communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is also necessary.
