Position 1: Product Development Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

· Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, , Management and/or related fields.

Experience

·  At least Four (4) years post qualification experience similar role preferably in banking or service oriented organisation.

The Product Development Officer is responsible for participating in developing new products, conducts and reviews of new products meet customers and the Bank’s interest including reliability, usability and performance. In addition, the job holder will follow up proper implementation of new product; collaborates with the concerned work units in developing new products and its effective commercialization.

Furthermore, the role holder is responsible for searching new product and service opportunity in continuous and systematic manner.

Position 2: Business Analysis Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
  • Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems is an added advantage.

Experience

  • At least Four (4) years of service delivery management

The senior business analysis officer, supports the business users with the formulation of a system or process change within the business activity. The role holder will work closely with the Business end users, IT Services, the Project team and external Suppliers, to ensure that an effective solution is deployed into the estate. The senior officer will support the project during the project life cycle.

Position 3: Senior HR Officer

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.

Experience

  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar function/role

Working under the supervision of HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Officer is responsible for implementing the activities related to talent management and talent development talent acquisition and on-boarding including participating in job design, recruitment and selection and orientation processes. S/he performs HR operations related activities and functions at district level.
