Position 1: Customer Service Officer
- Education: BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Junior Customer Service Officer.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Butajira, Dire Dawa, Bati.
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
- Qualification: BA degree from a recognized institution in Administrative Office, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Junior Administrative Assistant.
- Work Location: Head Office.
Position 3: Customer Service Officer-IFB
- Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch.
- Work Location: Addis Ababa.
Position 4: Branch Manager I
- Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level in IFB Branch Management.
- Work Location: Fajr Amana Branch (Addis Ababa).
