Position 4: Manager – Non-Financial Services Division

Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Accounting, Business Management and Economics plus a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.

Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible to achieve targets on cascaded NFS plan and execute MSME Non-Financial Services duties to ensure sound and health MSME business development and building the capacity of MSME through advisory and consultancy services. S/he analyze MSME trends recommending ways to grow their business via continuous training and development. S/he conduct and implement MSME sector information collection, analysis and dissemination on primary economic and relevant to SME sectors. Further, S/he plan and follow-up networking events by implementing preferred networking tools to enhance MSME business performances
