Qualifications:
- MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- 7-9 years in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry.
- At least 2 years in a senior officer position.
Purpose of the Job:
- Design and implement improved strategic and operational planning.
- Monitor performance and evaluation processes of the Bank.
Generic Functions:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and budgets.
- Promote the bank’s culture and image.
- Ensure adherence to the bank’s code of conduct.
- Provide services as per the service level agreement.
- Contribute to the bank’s profitability.
- Mentor and coach subordinates.
- Handle related generic activities.
Specific Functions:
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and review of the Bank’s strategic plan.
- Conduct external and internal environmental analysis for strategic planning.
- Cascade strategy to functional units and employees.
- Provide input to functional units for annual/plan budget in line with the strategic plan.
- Communicate the bank’s long-term and annual operational plan.
- Handle other related duties as required.
