Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient service and support branch resource mobilization efforts by cross-selling bank products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process various transactions within assigned limit.
- Attend to customers respectfully and efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and handle account openings.
- Perform tasks like scanning signatures and processing business transactions.
- Manage cash handling and instrument processing.

Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor
Qualifications: B.A Degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Four years of experience in banking industries.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer Primary Vault and manage Secondary Vault.
- Handle cash consignments and replenishments.
- Control till limits and manage cash areas.
- Assist Customer Services Officers with bulk cash transactions.
- Monitor daily customer service operations.

Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Business-related fields.
Experience: Years of experience in banking industries, full professional qualifications desirable.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage branch activities.
- Recruit potential customers and provide advice.
- Motivate and coach staff.
- Develop service delivery plans and optimize customer experience.
- Oversee marketing efforts and maintain branch brand standards.
- Manage customer service levels and staff performance.
- Rectify discrepancies and internal audit comments.
