Position 1: Senior – Conventional Products Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline plus a minimum of six (6) years marketing and research experience.
- Job Summary: Responsible for retail product planning and execution, prioritizing customer requirements, and ensuring products meet customer satisfaction goals. Also responsible for collecting and analyzing market and competitor information.
Position 2: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management & Economics plus a minimum of six (6) years in banking operations, with at least two (2) years in IFB officer services.
- Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the IFB product development division. Includes gathering customer requirements, defining product vision, and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Position 5: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus minimum of eight (8) years of relevant banking experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory position.

Position 6: Manager – Legal Research Division
- Qualification & Experience: LL.B. degree in Laws plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years at a supervisory position.
- Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the legal research division. Includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, representing the bank in legal matters, and providing advice.

Position 7: Manager – Partnership Management Division
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Communication/Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Training on Marketing Management (advantageous)
Position 8: Manager – Social Media and Digital Marketing Division
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Journalism, Communication, Language and Literature, Economics or equivalent field
- Minimum of 8 years of Social Media Marketing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory position
Job Summary:
- Plan and execute social media and display advertising campaigns
- Coordinate the creation of digital content
- Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Brainstorm new digital marketing strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns
Position 9: Manager – Conventional Products Development Division
Qualification & Experience:
- Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or relevant academic background
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, preferably in product development
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the inception, planning, development, delivery, and management of new products
- Enhance existing products and develop segment value propositions
- Build and grow a stable base of banking products
- Work with stakeholders on planning, designing, testing, and developing new and existing products
Position 10: Manager – IT Project Quality Assurance Division
Qualification & Experience:
- MSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project quality assurance, software testing, and system audit
- Strong knowledge of software test and quality assurance tools
- Knowledge of Project Management and Governance
- Experience in all QA cycles, test plan creation, test case creation and execution, and reporting
Job Summary:
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Coordinate quality testing activities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans
- Analyze test results and track quality assurance issues
Position 11: Manager – IFB Products Development Division
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Management

Position 12: Manager – Technical Services Division
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- Technical certification on electricity and general mechanics (advantageous)
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position

- Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate division activities
- Handle and resolve support requests
- Follow up on activities related to opening new branches
Position 13: Director – IT Infrastructure Directorate
Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Training in UNIX or other operating systems and Relational database
- ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, and COSO Certification
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Job Summary:
- Ensure technology infrastructure enables growth, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective service delivery
- Oversee IT systems, technical support, network architecture and administration, database administration, data center operations, systems administration, and server and storage administration
- Identify, develop, deploy, and retain staff through effective talent management
Position 14: Director – Litigation and Debt Recovery Directorate
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB Degree in Law or Masters Degree (added advantage)

- Proven track record in providing accurate and effective legal counsel, contract negotiation and drafting, and adding value through comprehensive contract documents
Job Summary:
