Requirements

- Experience working with surveillance cameras will be an added advantage
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring live pictures from surveillance cameras
- Troubleshooting cameras in case of failures and reporting to HR for further diagnosis
- Operating the positions of the cameras
- Monitoring any suspicious activity and alerting security staff of any crime or theft
- Keeping a log of all incidents
- Working independently or with a team of operators
- The work place is situated at the factory in Bishoftu.
Job 2: IT Support Specialist
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT support specialist
- Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to clients and employees
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Setting up new equipment and software for users
- Identifying and implementing solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Training end-users on new technology and applications
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in IT support
