The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for registering and filing letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda, and other materials. They will screen visitors, schedule appointments, and arrange telephone contacts to and from the supervisor. The Administrative Assistant keeps custody of correspondence files, other confidential materials, and petty cash, opens, sorts, and routes incoming mail and other related parties.

Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for countersigning tickets/vouchers and authorizing transactions. They are also responsible for following up on all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature, ensuring and following up on reconciliation of accounts, and other related tasks.
Job Requirement:
- Educational Level and Work Experience: BA degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or a business-related field of study with a minimum of three years of experience in banking operations.
