Essential Function

  • Ensure that the customer‘s file contains the loan documents described under the Credit File Documentation Checklist ;
  • Hold  physical keys or  other combination code of safe custody/vault/as required;
  • Maintain the appropriate filing and documentation of the loan file and keep custody of same;
  • Undertake credit file pruning on a regular basis to assist proper file storage requirements and easy access to the current information;
  • Handle transfer of all loan files and security documents within the bank, and other banks;
  • Prepare any credit reports requested by the supervisor;
  • Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers;
  • Review daily excesses/balances reports per customer, daily large transactions reports and report suspicious transactions in line with KYC /AML guidelines;
  • With support from CRM, make decisions on paying and un paying of customer cheques /instructions;

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, Banking and finance, management or related fields.

Experience

  • 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year as Junior Customer Relationship Officer

2:Customer Service Executive II

Essential Function

Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher,
Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers and,
Perform other duties as required.

3:Branch, Cash Supervisor I (Re-advertised)

Essential Function

Administer the Primary Vault dually with supervisors,
Ensure cash records are fully reconciled with account records,
Disburse cash to designated Bank clerks,
Collect surplus cash from Bank clerks,
Keep records of amounts received and paid and regularly,

4:Project Appraisal Officer (Re-advertised)

Essential Function

Undertakes assessment on key drivers, Success factors, problems, constraints and risk factors, technical aspect of the project, organization and management of the SME project;
Participate in the preparation of project Appraisal;
Discuss in the draft appraisal of the team;
Incorporates  Team member’s comment on the draft appraisal report and submit to the Senior Loan officer of the Appraisal Team;
Participate in the assessment of potential areas of developmental projects and produce prefeasibility study;
Ensures adherence to Banks policies and procedures while appraising Development Projects;
Participate in designing projects which are suitable to rural community.
