Position: Young Graduate Trainee Program

Qualification and Experience:

• B.A. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related Business fields.
• Graduates from 2022 and 2023 with CGPA 2.5 and above are eligible to apply.

Purpose of the Program:
We are currently seeking new graduates to join our Young Graduate Program. This is a 3-month, well-structured training program designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program includes various on-the-job training opportunities in different areas, preparing you for your next role based on your strengths, ambitions, and aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth training modules to gain a comprehensive understanding of our practices, operations, and business strategies.
• Maintain positive work habits that contribute to the bank’s growth and profitability.
• Execute assigned tasks.
