Job Vacancies:

1. Senior Officer, Mobile & Agent Banking

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT/Computer Science, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years at the Officer level I or equivalent.
• Role: Lead mobile and agent banking to enhance banking activities and expand outreach through agents.

1. Senior Officer, Planning and Performance Management

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years at the Officer level I or equivalent.
• Role: Participate in developing and implementing a performance measurement framework, consolidate annual plans and budgets, and report on financial and non-financial performance.

1. Principal Officer, Transformational Projects

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership, or relevant expertise.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
• Role: Coordinate and implement transformational projects to achieve bank-wide transformation goals.

1. Lead, Relationship Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years’ experience as a Relationship Manager in a Supervisory role.
• Role: Acquire new corporate banking clients, manage existing relationships, underwrite and negotiate complex credit relationships.

1. Officer, Information Technology Risk

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years at the Officer level II/III or equivalent.
• Role: Assist in IT risk management activities and prepare summary reports for informed decision-making.

1. Officer, Operational Risk

• Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, with a Legal background as a plus.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience with 2 years at the Officer level II/III or equivalent.
• Role: Assist in the preparation of operational risk plans and reports, and recommend prudential measures.

1. Principal Officer, Investment Advisory Services

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
• Role: Coordinate and implement transformational projects to achieve bank-wide transformation goals.

1. Principal Officer, Strategic Partnership

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience with 1 year as a Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
• Role: Identify, establish, and drive strategic partnerships between the bank and various stakeholders.
