Positions Available:

1. Branch Cashier

Educational Background: BA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or Level IV (4) with completed COC requirements.

Experience: 1+ year of experience in banking or microfinance (advantageous).

2. Junior Secretary

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management or IT.

Experience: 1 year of related work experience (Female candidates only).

3. Board Of Secretary

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, IT, with a background in law.

Experience: 4 years in related work, including 2 years in a managerial position in banking or microfinance.

4. Senior Accountant

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.

Experience: 3 years of related work experience, with 2 years in banking or microfinance.

5. Branch Accountant -II

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.

Experience: 2 years of related work experience, with 1 year in banking or microfinance (advantageous).

6. Senior Marketing Officer

Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience, with a requirement for digital marketing experience.

7. Resource Mobilization Department Manager

Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience: 5/7 years of related work experience, including 4 years in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

8. Human Resource Department Manager

Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in HR, Management, Public Administration, or related field.

Experience: 5/7 years of related work experience, including 4 years in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

9. Information System Department Manager

Educational Background: MSc/BSc degree in IT, MIS, and Computer Science.

Experience: 6/8 years of related work experience, with 2 years in banking or microfinance (advantageous).

10. Chief Executive Officer

Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 8/10 years of related work experience, including 5 years in banking or microfinance, with managerial experience.
