Position 1: Telephone Operator
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in communication or related field.
- Professional course in telephone communication is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a telephone operator, preferably in the banking sector.
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for operating the telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. They will supply information to callers and take messages, as well as serve as a receptionist for calling guests.

Position 2: Telephone Technician
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Electronics Technician or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a telephone technician, preferably in the banking sector.

Position 3: System Administrator I
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in System administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of Middleware applications like Oracle WebLogic or IBM WebSphere is required.
- Knowledge and certification in operating systems like Unix, AIX, Linux are an added advantage.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the technical functions within each system, including system upgrades, custom implementations, and general upkeep. Performs effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems, applications, and related infrastructure.

Position 4: Software Engineer II
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

Position 5: Senior Business Analysis Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in a business or Management Information Systems and other related fields.

- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, preferably in a banking environment.

Position 6: Regional Relationship Manager – Interest Free Banking I
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience in the banking sector, three (3) of which is in a supervisory role.

Position 7: Senior – System Administrator
Qualification & Experience:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems.
- Minimum of six (6) years in System administration or related field, with 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux/UNIX, VMware, Active Directory, Cyber Security, etc.
- Certifications on Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux/UNIX, Cisco, or VMware are required. IT Security certifications are advantageous.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the technical functions within each system, including system upgrades, custom implementations, and general upkeep. Collaborates with business lines to develop and maintain tools, processes, and reliable data to support effective business decisions.
