The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Ethiopia), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in the attached solicitation for Human Resources Assistant position – solicitation number 72066322R10014.

The United States Agency for International Development is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government that is primarily responsible for administering civilian foreign aid and development assistance.

Position: Human Resources Assistant

Education: Two years of full-time post-secondary study (or the equivalent hours spread across a part-time study period) at a college or university in human resource management, organizational behavior, or related field.

Experiance: Five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources.

Language: English and Amharic at Level IV.

Basic Functions:

Under the technical supervision of the Senior HR Assistant, USAID/Ethiopia, the Human Resource Assistant will work both individually and as a team to provide proactive support and
technical expertise within the full range of Human Resources needs, to include support to assigned offices and/or team(s) within the USAID/Ethiopia mission.

Salary Range: The salary range of the position FSN – 08,$12,133 – $21,829 yearly.
