Qualifications Required:
A Minimum of University degree in international relations, international development, public administration, political science, law or other fields. A minimum five years of progressively responsible professional-level experience in one or more of the following fields: international development, civil society development, rule of law, human rights, political party development, media development, civic education, legislative strengthening, conflict mitigation, and/or public administration. Minimum three years of experience as a Program Manager with other international donor or organization managing similar types of programs. Demonstrated in depth knowledge of economic, political, social, and cultural characteristics of Ethiopia, and the concerned government and non-government entities. Demonstrated ability to organize and present complex program information in concise written and oral form including ability to prepare precise and accurate factual analysis.
