Salary	Ordinarily Resident (OR): Position Grade: FSN-8, – 12,764.00 USD per year
Requirements	Experienced Only

Required Education: Two (2) years of general college or university study is required.
Required Experience: A minimum of 3 (three) years of progressively responsible professional-level experience in investigative work, such as criminal or private investigations, or with police or government organizations is required.
Language Requirement: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (This may be tested)
Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of Amharic is required. (This may be tested)

Skills and abilities:

A valid Ethiopian grade II driver’s license is required. (Driving may be tested)
Ability to maintain extensive contacts at all levels within the host country law enforcement and security agencies
Ability to conduct sensitive investigations to include handling evidence with utmost discretion
Ability to train and supervise the work of others
Ability to draft correspondence and written reports in English
Computer software programs to include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). (This may be tested)
