Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: Minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized Higher Learning Institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work: Areb Sefer (Hawassa), Aweday, Maraki (Gonder), and Shindi.
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Qualification: Minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized Higher Learning Institution.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work: Dire Dawa.
Position 3: Senior Auditor
Qualification: Minimum of BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized Higher Learning Institution.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as an Internal IT Auditor, System Administrator, Network Administrator, or Security Administrator.
Place of Work: Head Office.
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Qualification: Minimum of BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized Higher Learning Institution.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
Place of Work: Areb Sefer (Hawassa) and Bishoftu.
