Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (IFB), Woreta, Tillili, Shindi, Sabian, Motta, MertoLemariam, Merawi, Mehal Bure, maraki (Gonder), Gende Weha, Fenote Selam, Durebete, Dukem, Diredawa, Delgi, Debre Tabor, Debre work, Debark, Chagni, Amanuel, Adet Branches.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (IFB) Motta, Shindi, MertoLemariam, Lumame, Gende Weha, Fenote Selam, Debre work, Chagni, Amanuel, Adet Branches.

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Manager, Operation/Business Manager

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (IFB) branch,

Position 4: Procurement Management Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of B.A Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: Must have a minimum of two years relevant experience as Junior Procurement Management Officer

• Banking experience will be advantageous.

Place of Work: Head office

Position 5: Senior Procurement Management Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Management, Business Administration, accounting and finance, purchasing and supplies management or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of related experience with at least 2 years service as Procurement Management Officer.

Place of Work: Head office
