Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Butajira, Dilla, Hossana, Jimma, Shashemene, Wolaita Sodo and Wolkite Branches.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Arba Minch, Butajira, Dilla, Hossana, Jimma, Shashemene, Wolaita Sodo and Wolkite Branches.

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, Leadership, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of banking experience with at least 1 year service at a supervisory level.

Place of Work: Butajira, Dilla, Dukem, Hossana, Shashemene, Wolaita Sodo and Wolkite Branches.
