Tsehay Bank is a joint stock corporation founded on July 23, 2022, with a business licence given under Banking Business Proclamation No. 592/2008. It began operations with a paid-up capital of 734 million Birr and an authorised capital of 2.8 billion Birr. It has a small number of 373 shareholders. Tsehay Bank wants to provide long-term value to stakeholders by providing the finest customer experience and using cutting-edge technologies.

Position 1: Customer Service Representative

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer

Place of Work: Delgi and Kombolcha

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I

A minimum of a BA degree from a recognised higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a comparable field of discipline is required.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.
