Position 1 : Senior Customer Relationship Manager (Two Positions) Internal/External

Purpose of the Job

Develop marketing activities to recruit new clients, maintain existing customers and excel in customer satisfaction by maintaining the bank’s interest.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Targets and establishes development partners & institutions to identify their needs and establish business relationships.

·   Develop networks and undertake proactive marketing/selling activities to recruit new clients for the Bank.

·   Collecting and checking loan processing documents/information and business visiting and conducting due diligence.

·   Collecting credit information about the applicant and paying a visit to the customer and his/her business.

·   Securing legal opinion and Preparing financing and security contracts, and other related contracts

·   Make register collaterals and ensure the customer has purchased appropriate insurance policies

·   Disburse approved finance and ensure end use of finance.

·   Ensure that the disbursed loans and advances are repaid as per the terms and conditions of the loan contract.

·   Ensure and maintain the quality of finance

·   Assess continuously the borrower’s financial and business standing.

·   Identify the development of early warning signals and take remedial action on time.

·   Post-disbursement follow-up and transferring problem finances to portfolio management and credit information.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management or other Business-related fields.
  • 5 years cognate of banking experience.
  • Full professional qualifications are desirable
  • Must be confident, self-starter, an independent thinker and have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented.
