As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through the implementation of policies and management of procedures. Your role will also include handling administrative tasks and actively contributing to creating a positive work environment within the company.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  1. Proven experience: Previous work experience as an HR officer, administrator, or any other HR position is required.
  2. HR functions knowledge: Strong understanding of HR functions, including but not limited to payroll and benefits management, recruitment, and training & development.
  3. Familiarity with labor laws: Knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures relevant to the region.
  4. Technical skills: Proficiency in using MS Office is essential, and prior experience with HR Management Systems (HRMS) is a plus.
  5. Organizational and time-management abilities: Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude: The capacity to address HR-related challenges and make informed decisions.
  8. Strong ethics and reliability: Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive HR matters.
  9. Education: A B.A Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  10. Experience: Minimum of three years of progressive experience, preferably in the IT Industry.
