01.Director, Agriculture and Micro Insurance DirectorateBachelor’s Degree in Agronomy or Agricultural Economics or Plant Science or Animal Science or Agro engineering related field from recognized higher Learning institution and preferably have diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).10 years of relevant work experience out of which 4 years shall be in a managerial position in insurance operations or related.
02.Principal Financial Auditor (Re-Advertized)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance, Management or related fields of study from recognized higher learning institution and preferably have been certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Internal Auditors (CIA).6 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as Senior Accountant or Senior Auditor or senior Insurance Operations Officer or 4 years as an Accountant or Auditor or Insurance Operations Officer or equivalent positions
03.Senior Human Resources Development Officer (Re-Advertized)Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields.4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as HR Officer or 4 years as Junior HR Officer or equivalent positions.
04.Senior Human Resources Strategy & Organizational Development Officer (Re-Advertized)Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields.4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as HR Officer or 4 years as Junior HR Officer or equivalent positions.
