Position 1: Chief Officer – Interest Free Banking

Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/ Accounting/ Economics or related fields of study with 12years of relevant experience of which 5years on senior
management positions for BA holders or
10years of relevant experience of which
4years on senior management positions
for MBA/MA holders.

Experience in IFB operation management, knowledge and application of sharia, and
experience in financial institution is
mandatory notwithstanding to the
requirements of National Bank of
Ethiopia.

Competency Requirements:

In addition to the above competencies, the position’s holder has to manage the overall process of interest-free banking of the Bank,
and responsible for ensuring all financing and investments are approved with quantitative and qualitative financing and investment analysis requirement of the Bank on top of proactively
managing the financing quality of the Bank and ensuring that all IFB process of the Bank is complying with the requirement of sharia law.

Position 2: Deputy Chief
Officer- Marketing and
Partnership

Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Marketing
Management/Business Administration/
Economics or related fields of study
with 11years of relevant experience of
which 4years on senior management
positions for BA holders or 9years of
relevant experience of which 4years on
senior management positions for
MBA/MA holders. Experience in
marketing management is mandatory
while experience in financial institution
is advantageous. The requirements of
National Bank of Ethiopia remain
applicable.

manages the marketing, research, public relation and partnership process of the Bank, he/she is responsible for Planning, organizing,
directing, coordinating, controlling and supervising the overall process of marketing, research, public relation and partnership of
the Bank in line with the best practices, policy and procedures of the Bank.

Position 3: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Educational and Work Experience: MBA/MA or BA degree in Management/Business Administration/Accounting/Economics or related fields of study with 11years of relevant
experience of which 4years on senior
management positions for BA holders or
9years of relevant experience of which
3years on senior management positions
for MBA/MA holders. Experience of
assisting and advising the CEO in
financial institution is mandatory. The
requirements of National Bank of
Ethiopia remain applicable

Competency  Requirements:

among other functions; manages the preparation of annual plan for the Chief Executive Office and provide a range of advices to the CEO on top of assisting the
CEO on the various activities of the Bank. The job holder will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and providing advice on the
full range of operational and strategic issues to the CEO of the Bank.
