Position 1: Manager – Enterprise Risk Management Office

  • Educational Qualifications: MA/MBA/MSc/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 7 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years should be at a management level.
  • Competency Requirements:
  • Core Competencies: Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus.
  • Leadership Competencies: Planning, Priority Setting, Building Teams, Decision Quality, Drive for Results.
  • Functional Competencies: Analysis skills, risk mitigation experience.
  • Only applicants with Enterprise Risk Management experience will be considered.

Position 2: Manager – Asset, Liability & Operational Risk Management Division

  • Educational Qualifications: MA/MBA/MSc/BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 7 years of relevant banking experience, out of which some experience should be at a supervisory level.
  • Competency Requirements:

  • Leadership Competencies: Planning, Priority Setting, Building Teams, Decision Quality, Drive for Results.
  • Functional Competencies: Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating Asset, Liability, and operational risks.
  • Only applicants with Asset, Liability, and operational Risk Management experience will be considered.

Position 3: Manager – Legal Research & Contract Drafting Team

  • Educational Qualifications: LLM/LLB degree in Law or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Competency Requirements:

  • Leadership Competencies: Planning, Priority Setting, Building Teams, Decision Quality, Drive for Results.
  • Functional Competencies: High technical expertise in legal research and contract drafting.

Position 4: Manager – System Audit Team

  • Educational Qualifications: MSC/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: Several years of relevant experience.
  • Competency Requirements:

Position 5: Principal Asset, Liability & Operational Risk Management Officer

  • Educational Qualifications: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Competency Requirements:

  • Individual Competency: Action-oriented, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving.

Position 6: System Auditor

  • Educational Qualifications: MSC/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Competency Requirements:
  • Core Competencies: Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus.
  • Individual Competency: Action-oriented, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving.
  • Technical Competencies: Technical knowledge in IT banking systems audits.

Position 7: Senior District Attorney

  • Educational Qualifications: LLM/LLB degree in Law or related field.
  • Experience Requirements: 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Competency Requirements:
  • Core Competencies: Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus.
  • Individual Competency: Action-oriented, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving.
  • Technical Competencies: Knowledge of general Business Law, commercial contracts law, third party, fiscal law, and corporate records management.

Conditions:

  • Terms of Employment: Permanent basis.
  • Salary & Benefit Packages: As per the salary scale of the Bank.
