Position: Trade Marketing Representative
Education: University degree or equivalent in marketing, economics, or business management related specialization. Proficient English language skills and confident MS Office user.
Experience: No experience required. FMCG environment experience is advantageous.
Location: Addis Ababa (Position is outside Addis Ababa)

Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned target retail outlets. Conduct regular customer calls as per planned routes, ensure product availability, optimize presentation, and implement trade programs for brand and sales growth.
- Conduct top-up sales to prevent stockouts and meet monthly and annual volume targets. Identify sales opportunities in coordination with the regional sales team.
- Monitor wholesalers’ distribution activities to ensure compliance and recommended pricing.
- Gather market data using SFA for insights to improve overall brand performance and combat illicit trade.
- Support retailers in adhering to country laws and regulations.
- Expand distribution of NTE brands in the assigned territory, introducing them to new outlets.
- Properly manage company assets and resources as per policy.
- Have knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement, Internal Regulations, and Safety policies of the Company.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Driving License required.
