Position 1: Administrative Assistant I
- Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management and Information Technology with at least one (1) year of Secretarial Service experience.

Position 2: Legal Officer
- Qualification and Experience: LL.B. Degree in Law with a minimum of three (3) years of work experience.
- Job Summary: Prepare legal documents, offer legal advice, and address legal concerns.
- Place of Work: East Region – Dire Dawa Town
Position 3: Research and Strategy Officer
- Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related discipline with at least four (4) years of relevant financial industry experience.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior – Network Administrator
- Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant IT experience. CCNA certification required.
- Job Summary: Oversee enterprise network operations and configurations.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior – Database Administrator
- Qualification and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science & Computer Engineering with at least six (6) years in Database administration, including three (3) years in a senior role.
- Job Summary: Manage organization’s databases and ensure data integrity and security.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Principal – Network Administrator
- Qualification and Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in Network Infrastructure Service. CCNA certification required.
- Job Summary: Monitor and manage network devices and configurations.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 7: Principal – Research and Strategy Officer
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, or Business Administration with at least six (6) years of relevant experience.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 8: Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
- Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and Economics with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Banking, including two (2) years in a Senior role.
- Job Summary: Lead and manage IFB product development and execution.
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 9: Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics with at least eight (8) years of banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Place of Work: Ayira Branch – West Wollega, Ayira Town / Busa Branch – Busa Town
Position 10: Branch Manager – Class II Branch
- Qualification and Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or Business Administration with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in banking, including three (3) years in a supervisory role.
- Place of Work: Woliso Branch – Woliso Town
Skills Requirement: Proficiency in computer operation is mandatory.
