Position 1 : Customer Service Officer-I

Location : Under West Addis Ababa District.

Description :

  • takes the required precautions when releasing papers or disclosing balances.
  • tickets and other negotiable instruments are checked and countersigned.
  • similar to how Western Union manages international money transfers.
  • ensures that accounts are opened properly and that the required information is appropriately entered into the system.

Requirements :

Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience

  • 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
