Position 1 : Customer Service Officer-I
Location : Under West Addis Ababa District.
Description :
- takes the required precautions when releasing papers or disclosing balances.
- tickets and other negotiable instruments are checked and countersigned.
- similar to how Western Union manages international money transfers.
- ensures that accounts are opened properly and that the required information is appropriately entered into the system.
Requirements :
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience
- 1 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
