Position 1: Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
• Required No: 10
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Jigjiga & Mekelle

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
• Required No: 8
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Dilla, Negele Borena, Mekaneselam, Adama, Bale Robe, Jigjiga, & Mekelle

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
• Required No: 6
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Jigjiga, Harar & Mekelle

Position 4: Branch Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience, including two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous.
• Required No: 6
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Anfo, Logia, Harar & Mekelle

Note: Training in IFB is advantageous.
