Job Description:
The Branch Manager I will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the banking activities of the Doyogena branch. The individual will prepare and submit annual budgets and work plans, implement approved plans, and ensure that established operating policies and procedures are followed regarding deposits, loans, safekeeping facilities, and cash transactions. The position requires managing subordinate supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience
- Six years of banking experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
