Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized University; additional finance administration education or certification is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting department.
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Posting daily Cash sales on SAP.
  • Posting CRVs on SAP.
  • Cash report management.
  • Petty cash management.
  • Posting Raw Materials & Packing Materials and processing local payments on SAP.
  • Prepare bank-to-bank transfers with serial number order for transfer and follow up for bank advices.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
