Kabba Holding Company is seeking a competent Call Center Agent to join the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. (Fluency in English is mandatory)
- Flexibility to work in different time zones
- Basic computer skills
Description:
The responsibilities of the Call Center Agent include, but are not limited to:
- Cold calling, using a given phone directory to sell products
- Following up on warm leads (potential clients)
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
- Evaluating and suggesting modifications to the sales script
- Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Utilizing Sales force, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identifying prospect’s needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
- Building long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Reporting to the sales manager with products of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
