| The Chief Information Officer will improve the organization’s internal processes to achieve the bank’s business objectives and maximize company efficiency by applying secured technology systems. | The Director of Marketing & Communication will support the bank in increasing its market share by enhancing accessibility through increased visibility, introducing new products and services, effectively reaching out to existing and potential customers through integrated marketing communication programs, and building a sustainable corporate identity and image of the bank. |

| – Lead the development and implementation of IT strategy, governance frameworks, programs, and standards | – Review new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand |
| – Manage digital transformation initiatives and organizational-wide changes | – Lead and coordinate studies on new product development and modification of existing products |
| – Oversee the selection and implementation of suitable and state-of-the-art technologies to streamline internal operations and optimize strategic benefits | – Conduct market and need assessment research to revisit existing products and identify areas for the development of new financial products |
| – Lead in establishing and adherence to IT service quality standards and ensure functional units have necessary IT support systems | – Drive the development of products, develop detailed project development plans, track and monitor project progress, ensure effective implementation of new products, initiate and perform post-implementation review after launch |
