• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 3 years of Banking Operation experience. IFB knowledge is advantageous.

1. Branch Operation Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of Banking Operation experience. IFB knowledge is advantageous.

1. Store and Supply Management Officer Assistant

• Qualification: Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Duty Station: Head Office.

1. Transport and General Service Assistant

• Qualification: Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Duty Station: Head Office.

1. District Operation Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of Banking Operation experience. IFB knowledge is advantageous.
• Duty Station: Kombolcha.

1. Division Manager, Share Sales Project

• Qualification: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles. IFB exposure is an advantage.
• Duty Station: Head Office.

1. Branch Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 6 years of Banking Operation experience, including 2 years in supervisory roles. IFB knowledge is advantageous.
• Required No: 2
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Delomena.

1. Digital Director

• Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial position in Digital Banking. IFB exposure is an advantage.
• Duty Station: Head Office.
