POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSOCIATE
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Successful completions of SOM training in EAA (Cargo & Logistics SOM graduates (Batch-141, 142,147,149 & 154)
The applicant shall have a regular job in other institution or shall be a full-time student
Handles passenger enquiries through telephone, email and social media and provides correct and up-to-date flight information for Ethiopian and other carriers in a timely & appropriate manner.
NB:
Age limit: 18-35 years old inclusive for External applicants.
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable
