Job Position 1 – Junior Customer Service Specialist
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Arsi Negele, Jimma, Tepi, Bishoftu, Ginchi, and Sebeta Branches.
Job Position 2 – Customer Service Specialist
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 year of experience, or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operations or customer service in the banking industry. At least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of microfinance experience.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Arsi Negele, Jimma, Tepi, Bishoftu, Ginchi, and Sebeta Branches.
Job Position 3 – Senior Customer Service Specialist
- Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related fields with 2.5 years of experience, or Diploma (Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operations. At least 1 year of experience in the CSS position.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Arsi Negele, Jimma, Tepi, Bishoftu, Ginchi, and Sebeta Branches.
Job Position 4 – Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations. At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Arsi Negele, Jimma, Tepi, Bishoftu, Ginchi, and Sebeta Branches.
Job Position 5 – Branch Manager – Grade C
- Qualification: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience, or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry. At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Services Manager (Grade B) or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator (Grade A).
- Work Locations: Addis Ababa, Arsi Negele, Jimma, Tepi, Bishoftu, Ginchi, and Sebeta Branches.
