The Development Bank of Ethiopia (DBE) is a financial institution that specializes in providing medium and long-term development credits. One of DBE’s distinctive features is its tradition of lending based on “project” selection, preparation, appraisal, supervision, and evaluation.

Positions Available:
- Junior Officers: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for each position. Only those who graduated in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 with a GPA of 3.00 or above are eligible to apply. Applicants for Junior Officer positions should be below 30 years old.
- Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Textile, and Related Fields): Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for each position.
- Attorneys: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for the position.
- IT Officers: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for the position.
- Officers: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for the position.
- Senior Officers: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for the position.
- Team Managers: Candidates must meet the educational qualification and work experience requirements specified for the position.

- Graduates from 2020 to 2023 with a GPA of 3.00 or above can apply for Junior Officer positions by attaching proof of graduation.
