Position 1 Network Engineer

Job Summary
The Network Engineer is primarily responsible for the management of corporate network infrastructure, including corporate firewalls, routers, and switches. They configure, maintain, support, and optimize all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. Additionally, they troubleshoot network performance issues, analyze network traffic, and provide capacity planning solutions. The Network Engineer ensures the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services by planning, designing, and developing LANs and WANs across the organization. They also handle timely and accurate resolution of network hardware and software problems.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • BSc. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or any other equivalent field.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and Collaboration System are an added advantage.

Job Requirements

  • At least six (6) years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Position 2 Information System Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary
The Information System Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring quality assurance activities to ensure software systems and applications meet high-quality standards and user requirements. The role includes quality assurance planning, test planning and execution, defect tracking and management, process improvement, documentation and reporting, collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, compliance with standards and regulations, and continuous learning and skill development.
