Position 1: Ethics Officer
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • At least Four (4) years’ experience

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Bank’s control policies and procedures align with ethical standards.
  • Analyze incidents from internal and external audit reports for potential improprieties.
  • Conduct research to identify policy gaps that may lead to improprieties.
    Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Resident Auditor II
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in a business-related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration.
    Experience:
  • A minimum of Four (4) years relevant experience
    Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: District Credit Analyst
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance, or related fields.
    Experience:
  • At least five (5) years’ banking experience, with at least two (2) years in credit.
    Responsibilities:
  • Conduct credit risk analysis and appraisal in the District Office.
    Location: Dire Dawa

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in a business-related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
    Experience:
  • At least four (4) years of banking experience
    Location: Negele & Moyale

Position 5: Customer Service Manager I
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of Six (6) years banking experience
    Location: Robe area

Position 6: Branch Manager I
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field e.g. accounting, management, economics, business administration.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory post.
    Location: Robe Area, Meraro Branch under Adama District

Position 7: Administrative Assistant
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or other related fields.
    Experience:
  • At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
    Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 8: Area Manager
Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.
    Experience:
  • Minimum of Nine (9) years relevant experience, including two (2) years in a managerial position.
