Job Vacancy: Branch Manager Grade I for Arerti Branch
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. They will ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, code of practices, and regulatory directives. The Branch Manager will coordinate sales and business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives. They will be responsible for preparing and submitting budgets, work plans, and reports. Additionally, they will participate in community activities and promote services offered by the Bank.
Job Requirements:
- Academic & Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
