Position 1: Research and Innovation Officer

Education and Experience: BA/BSc Degree or Master’s Degree specialization in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, Economics fields, International Business, Finance, and other business-related fields

Experience: A minimum of three years relevant working experience for BA/BSc degree holders and two years relevant working experience for MA/MSc degree holders and experience in banking/Fintech/startups/banking another financial sector.

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Learning and Development Officer

Education and Experience: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field;

Experience: A minimum of three years for BA/BSC holders and two years for MA/MSc holders experience within Human Resources, with a focus on Learning and Development;

Duty Station: Head Office( Digital Strategy and Transformation Sub Process)

Position 3: Digital Strategy and Transformation Officer

Education and Experience: BA/BSc. degree/ Master’s degree related to Economics, Strategic management, Project Management, Banking and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, and related fields plus relevant working experience of three years for BA/BSc degree and two years for MA Degree;

Duty Station: Head Office( Digital Strategy and Transformation Sub Process)

Position 4: Digital Strategy and Transformation Specialist

Education and Experience: BA/BSc degree/ Master’s degree related to Economics, Strategic management, Project Management, Banking and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, and related fields plus relevant working experience of five years for BA/BSc.

Duty Station: Head Office(Digital Strategy and Transformation Sub Process)

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Educational Background: BA/BSc Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, and other Business-related fields

Experience: Minimum of Six years relevant Banking experience from which one year on Supervisory level.

Duty Station: Dire Enchini Branch ( Dire Enchini town), Under Western Finfinne District, Gedo Branch( Gedo town), Under Western Finfinne District.

Registration Place: Western Finfinne District ( Finfinne City, Mexico Behind Addis Ababa university School of Commerce).

• Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme

• Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
