Position1: Corporate Customer Relationship Manager
Cooperative Bank of Oromia, one of Ethiopia’s leading private banks, is seeking a Corporate Customer Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or other Business-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of seven years relevant Banking experience.
- Language: Proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and retain individual and institutional customers, establishing strong business relationships with them.
- Advise customers on credit facilities offered by the Bank.
- Conduct due diligence reports and assessments during customer visits.
- Identify creditworthiness and repayment capacity of borrowers.
- Present loan requests to credit committee for approval.
- Ensure loans are used for the specified purpose.
- Monitor and manage loan follow-ups and early warning signals.
- Prepare and send periodic loan reports.
- Propose strategies for dealing with irregular loans.
- Address discrepancies from audit findings.
- Ensure resources are efficiently mobilized from customers.
- Perform other necessary duties.
Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme.
Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period.
