Position 1: Fleet Maintenance Planner

Skills, Experience & Education:

• First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning and Control:

• Plan daily maintenance.
• Create maintenance plans and assign tasks.
• Ensure tools and spares availability.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Initiate problem-solving.
• Analyze SAP data.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

1. Maintenance Program Development:

• Provide safety awareness talks.
• Compliance to Permit to Work.
• Incident management.

1. Breakdown Management.
2. Manage Maintenance Spares.

Location: Addis Ababa & Dire Dawa

Position 2: Talent & Development Specialist

Skills, Experience & Education:

• First Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field with at least 5 years relevant work experience in Human Resource Management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive development infrastructure implementation.
• Develop and manage relationships with external partners.
• Implement Learning and Development metrics.
• Support CAP processes.
• Evaluate learning methodologies and effectiveness.
