Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Description:

  • Handle/check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
  • Maintain proper records and files.
  • Effect periodical payments on time.
  • Prepare and send reminders for unpaid documents.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields with 3 years of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Description:

  • Take the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
  • Check and counter sign tickets and negotiable instruments.
  • Handle international money transfers like Western Union.
  • Ensure that accounts are opened properly and the necessary details are put into the system correctly.

Position 3: Branch Manager – I

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields with 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Description:

  • Take the necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
  • Check and counter sign tickets and negotiable instruments.
  • Handle international money transfers like Western Union.
  • Ensure that accounts are opened properly and the necessary details are put into the system correctly.
