## Position 1: Customer Service Officer-I
**Qualification:**
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields
- 1 year of experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
**Job Description:**
- Handling/Checking account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and responding to customer inquiries.
- Handling both cash and non-cash transactions and addressing customer requests at the branch.
- Maintaining proper records and files.
- Effecting periodical payments on time.
- Preparing and sending reminders for unpaid documents.

**Qualification:**
- BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
**Job Description:**
- Taking necessary care when disclosing balances or issuing documents.
- Checking and counter-signing tickets and negotiable instruments.
- Handling international money transfers like Western Union.
- Ensuring that accounts are opened properly and necessary details are entered into the system accurately.
